Phoebe's Mental health Journey is a comic written and illustrated by Ariel Abbott, a Girl Scout Ambassador of Eastern Pennsylvania, Troop 468. This comic was launched on July 28, 2021, via Zoom. Friends, family, teachers, therapists/mental health counselors, a nurse practitioner attended in this event.

This comic is about a teenage girl, Phoebe, who has depression and anxiety. With the help of her close friend Krista, she finds solutions to face her fears. This comic aims to spread teen mental health awareness to the public, because almost every teenager may experience depression and anxiety in their youth.
